Centro Lifestyle Department Store began to attend the Indonesian retail scene in November 2003 held at The Plaza Semanggi Jakarta. We are inviting highly motivated and enthusiastic professional candidates to join a well-established National Retail Brand Company to fill in the following positions :

Store Manager
Responsibilities :
  • To lead and manage the retail strategy and programs implementation in our retail stores
  • Develop and grow the business performance in term of Customer Service, Sales & Profitability and People Development
  • Coach and support retailer competencies
  • Develop retailer master plan within designated area
  • Protect brand reputation and support retailer area staff training
Requirements :
  • More than three years experience as Store Manager or more than five years experience as Store Leader with significant performance track record in reputable retail brand company
  • Male or Female around 30-35 years old
  • Hold Bachelor Degree from reputable university with minimum IPK 3.0
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken)
  • In good health, with a passion for lifestyle & cosmetics & a strong strive for excellence
  • Proven capability in delivering results, work well as a team player, as well as able to motivate, coach and develop others
  • Willing to located throughout Indonesia

HR / Sales Force Development Manager
  • Organizing and managing store sales force development including store staff recruitment, in house training and store staff development
  • Male/Female around 27-30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities, preferably majoring in Law/Psychology
  • Have at least 2-3 years working experiences in managing the above key functions (especially in recruitment and training) with significant successful track record (Retail background will be a huge advantage)
  • Posses deep knowledge in recruitment, people development and also ability to implement various innovative to build integrative system development
  • Strong analytical thinking, business leadership and good interpersonal skill and excellent communication in English both oral and written

Deputy Store Manager (DRM)
  • To lead and manage store operations
  • Help Store Manager to develop and grow the business performance in term of Customer Service, Sales & Profitability and People Development
  • Male/ Female, preferred age max 30 years old
  • Min S1 graduates from reputable universities majoring in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years working experiences in retail operations (especially in department store/retail fashion/retail cosmetics is an advantage)
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skill
  • Good communication in English both oral and written
  • Posses deep knowledge of retail operations and ability to implement all the system

Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities :
  • To effectively lead the implementation of yearly retail plans in an assigned store
  • To continuosly develop sales and profitability plans of store by implementing retail standards, promotion programs, customer service and staff developments plans
  • To consistently train, coach, and counsel the staff to optimize their capacity and build a strong and competitive team
  • To closely monitor and analyze the market opportunity to anticipate and continuosly grow the business
  • S1 Degree majoring in any discipline with GPA min 2.75
  • Male/female, preferred age max 27 years old.
  • Have 1-2 years related experience with a strong track record in marketing/ fashion retail
  • Strong leadership and analytical thinking with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Young dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated person.
  • Willing to work in shifts

Visual Merchandiser (VM)
  • Male / Female, preferred age between 22-27 years old
  • Min. S1 Degree in any discipline (preferably in Interior Design / Visual Graphic Design / Architecture) or D3 Degree in Fashion Design (fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Have 1-2 year experience in the similar positions (especially experiences in retail business) would be an advantage
  • Competent to implement the concept of Branded Retail Visual Merchandising
  • Fluent in English & computer literate (able to work with ArchiCad, AutoCad, and Computer Graphic Programs
  • Willing to be placed in any location in Indonesia
