Member & Participant Auditor (KAB)
Perform audit process to all IDX members & participants to ensure their compliance to capital market regulations
Requirements:
Major in Accounting, min 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm, interest in IT audit will be an advantage
Internal Auditor (SPI)
Perform internal audit process to review company objective and operations
Requirements:
Major in Accounting or IT, experienced as IT auditor will be an advantage
Issuers Listing Analyst (CAT)
Evaluate companies go public requirements, monitor, evaluate and analyze issuers corporate action and adequacy of disclosure information of the issuer with the capital market regulation and IDX listing rules. Provide application for the issuer to disseminate information electronically (IDX reporting or IDXnet)
Requirements:
Major in Accounting & information system skill, min 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm, have strong analytical thinking
Membership Analyst (ANG)
Analyze financial reports and monitor the operation process of IDX Members
Requirements:
Major in Accounting, min 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm, having knowledge about IT, law and regulation will be an advantage
Equity Trading Officer (PSH)
Analyze and develop trading system and infrastructure and manage trading information dissemination
Requirements:
Major in Computer Accounting, IT, Accounting or Management, having knowledge in report writing will be an advantage
Bond & Derivative Officer (PUD)
Analyze and develop trading system and infrastructure, conduct daily bond transaction report and update reporting system parameter
Requirements:
Major in Finance, IT, Statistics, or Mathematics, having knowledge about business process, project administration, data analysis, MS Access & Crystal Report will be an advantage
Finance & Treasury (KEU)
Responsible for daily accounting & financial operations, review accounting & financial systems and manage cash management and portfolio investment
Requirements:
Major in Accounting and Finance, having knowledge about tax regulation & accounting software, and experienced in investment management
Business Development Analyst (PGU)
Conduct product and market research development
Requirements:
Major in Economic, Finance or having experienced in capital market products development (ie equity, derivatives)
Research Specialist (RIS)
Managing historical trading and issuers financial reports data base, prepare statistical publication and statistical researches
Requirements:
Major in Economics or Statistics, having quantitative analysis skill using Excel, Eviews and statistical programs, experienced in economical and finance research will be an advantage
Surveillance Officer (WAS)
Monitor daily transaction, conduct investigation audit for abnormal transaction, and analyze/review transaction pattern to evaluate and improve surveillance system
Requirements:
Major in Accounting, Finance, Statistics or Mathematics, experienced in Securities Company will be an advantage, understand applied statistics and programming language (for Statistics & Mathematics graduate) and strong analytical thinking
Economist (EKM)
Conduct macro economic analysis and research
Requirements:
Major in Economics, experienced as a researcher in financial area will be an advantage
Human Resource Specialist (HRD)
Plan, organize, and evaluate learning & development, recruitment and performance management process
Requirements:
Having comprehensive understanding about HR Development system, min 2 years experience in the same field
IT Operations Officer (OTI)
Handling IT Office and trading system to ensure all IT infrastructure run well
Requirements:
Major in IT, having knowledge about OS Unix/Windows, database, storage area network, website, monitoring tools, and backup system
IT Development Officer (PTI)
Analyze and establish system architecture and framework specifically for network and server configuration
Requirements:
Major in IT, having IT network certification and ability to design and configure of network and server architecture, and min 3 years experience in the same field
IT Quality Assurance (PTI-QA)
Perform quality assurance functions in system development such as process and document review, design, evaluate and improve IT procedures
Requirements:
Major in IT, having knowledge in System Development Lifecycle, IT Quality Assurance, IT Governance, IT Audit, and min 2 years experience in System Development
IT Project Management Officer (PTI-PM)
Perform quality assurance functions in system development such as process and document review, design, evaluate and improve IT procedures
Requirements:
Major in IT, having knowledge in System Development Lifecycle, IT Quality Assurance, IT Governance, IT Audit and min 2 years experience in System Development
Marketing Officer (PMR)
Preparing promotional tools and educational event about capital market & investment product and build & maintain good relationship with stakeholders
Requirements:
Major in Graphic Design, professional outlook, proven experienced in designing marketing tools/animation/presentation will be an advantage
General Affair Officer (UMM)
Conduct procurement, asset management and handling office facilities
Requirements:
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skill and experienced in asset management will be an advantage
Corporate Secretary and Communication Officer (SPR)
Organize and support internal communication, corporate planning, stakeholder relations, media relations, corporate branding and communications
Requirements:
Major in Management or Communication, having understanding and experienced in corporate communication and corporate secretary will be an advantage
Secretary & Administration (SEKR)
Handle secretarial and administration processes (e.g filing management, meeting arrangement and travel management)
Requirements:
Major in secretary/administration, min 2 years experience in the same field
Capital Market Information Center
Provide capital market information to stakeholder in specified area by conducting events and maintaining good relationship. Willing to be located in area Padang (S-PIPM/SP), Riau (S-PIPM/SR), Bandung (S-PIPM/JB), Semarang (S-PIPM/JS), Pontianak (S-PIPM/KP), Balikpapan (S-PIPM/KT), Banjarmasin (S-PIPM/KS), Manado (S-PIPM,SU), Makassar (S-PIPM/SS), Batam (S-PIPM/SB)
Requirements:
Major in Economic or communication, 1-3 years experience in Capital Market industries or financial institution, having WPPE license will be an advantage
Legal Officer (HKM)
Analyze and review Exchange and Government regulation in capital markets
Requirements:
Major in Law, min 1 year experience in legal area
General Requirements:
- Graduate from reputable university
- Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
- Computer literate (MS Office)
