Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum GPA 2,75
  • Maximum age 27 years old by February 2011
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Having experience of the organization
  • Having analytical skill, communication and good interpersonal relations
  • Having a good selling skill and interested in marketing
  • Willing to be placed in all operating areas of Bank Syariah Mandiri
  • Willing not to marry during the MDP education at Bank Syariah Mandiri
  • Test locations in Jakarta

Quality Assurance

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any majors
  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Having the experience of student organizations
  • Understanding the basics of human resource management, especially HR Audit
  • Minimum experience 2 years as Quality Assurance
  • Understand ISO 9001:2008
  • Mastering computer (Ms. Office)
