We are focusing on toll road building in Java.

Compensation and Benefit Analyst
(Jakarta Raya - Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to manage the payroll administration, employee data management, HRIS administration and compensation benefit analysis as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, majoring Computer Accounting, Accounting or Human Resource Management, from reputable university/institution
  • Min 2 years working experience in payroll or compensation benefit area
  • Computer literacy, especially in Ms Excel or Ms Access. Knowledge/experience with HRIS system is an advantage.
  • Good command in English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Administration Staff
(Jakarta, Ciawi, Tegal)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for project administration support including the reporting, and also as the administrative repsentative at the project.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field, from any reputable institution.
  • Min 1 year experience in administration/secretarial area.
  • Having knowledge or experience in handling petty cash (finance administration) is an advantage.
  • Willing to work in project at Jakarta, Ciawi and Tegal.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office application.
  • Independent and mature person.

Finance Staff - Revenue Assurance
(Jakarta Raya - Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan)
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible to administer financial transaction and do the audit for the revenue from subsidiary
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Management.
  • Min 1 year experience in tha same area, having auditing experience is an advantage.
  • Good analytical thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Required language(s): English
