RPG Programmer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from IT or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of AS 400 programming language such as RPG III and RPG IV (ILE)
  • Good knowledge of DB 400, SQL and Query
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Willing to be placed in Bumi Serpong Damai.

Java Programmer Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Develop code , junit,, continuous integration, code review and software design
  • Do project infrastructure start up
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Required good-attitude, fast-learner, high motivation, and good logical skill person.
  • Required advanced skills o­n : Java SE & EE.
  • Able to implement & setting : Oracle, DB2, My SQL Database.
  • Able to implement & setting : Oracle, Websphere, Glassfish or web logic app-server.
  • Able to implement & setting : JMS, Socket, Tapestry Or Struts, and Hibernate or JPA.
  • Able to create project start-up from scratch.
  • Able to create design document based o­n UML ( 60% coding and 40% design ).
  • Location : BSD Tangerang and willing to travelling.
  • Have SCJP certified is an advantage.

Java Programmer Trainee
You will be experiencing 2 months in-class training in our training center located in Balicamp, Bali or BSD (Bumi Serpong Damai)
Under the guidance of our professional trainers and through a comprehensive training program, the following advantages will be in your hand:
  • Gain deep understanding and practical experience o­n developing desktop and web applications using Java Technology, with multiple frameworks and/or libraries such as : JGoodies, Spring, Hibernate, Tapestry, Appfuse, etc.

RPG Programmer Trainee
Responsibilities:
  • RPG is a popular programming language of the IBM Power i platform used in Banking and Oil Company.
  • You will be trained in our training center and you will gain deep understanding and practical experience o­n developing applications using RPG.
  • After passing our training program, you will work in Sigma as a contract employee for at least 2 years.
Requirements:
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of SQL , Query and database.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Self motivated, independent, team player and quick learner.
  • Good command in English.

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Project Manager for Core Banking Project
  • Manage project, arrange project plan and project budget
  • Coordinate and delegating job to team member
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university , majoring IT is an advantage
  • Have experience at least 3-5 years as PM
  • Experience in software development project
  • Keep up to date with latest technology such as Web Services, SaS implemented in Java or .NET
  • PM Certification is an advantage
  • Having good knowledge and experience in Banking Business / Multifinace Process
  • Fast learner and fluent in English
  • Willing to travel and work overtime, able to work in team and under pressure
  • Experience in managing team & preparing for train / education plan
  • Must be willing to work in Tangerang.

Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
  • Focused o­n customer needs as well as o­n the development organization's ability to fill those needs with a software solution
  • Defines and tests business rules and policies
  • Create business use cases and models using Oracle BPA
  • Review simulations of process design to discover potential bottlenecks
  • Business process enhancements and documentation
Requirements:
  • Having experience in core banking application impelementation
  • Having experience in handling financing/joint financing in either MF, bank or IT company min 4 years
  • Having experience in Project Management min 2 years
  • Having ability to create business use cases and models it using Oracle BPA as an advantage
  • Having knowledge about IT literate
