Position:
Executive Secretary
Responsibilities:
- The main focus of the position of Executive Secretary is to provide professional executive administration services to the immediate superiors and relevant staffs in the Department in a responsible manner for the smooth running of the entire duties
Job Description:
- To comply with all Newmont’s policies and procedures
- To provide secretarial services to appointed executives
- To automatically maintain and store confidential data from various important sources that has important impacts on the company’s business activity
- To provide assistance to executives in managing and coordinating schedules (i.e: meeting appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, etc)
- To develop, implement and maintain filing systems for corporate documents, regular files, contracts, taxation and other relevant documents/files related to government regulations
- To provide administration services to the department staffs
- Maybe required to supervise others
- To perform duties other than those covered above
Requirements:
- Have at least a Diploma III or equivalent from the school of secretarial/administration or a Bachelor degree in management preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the administration or secretarial work at the executive level for multinational companies is preferred
- Have a willingness to work extended hours when needed
- Punctually all times
- Ability to work with others and as a team
- Attention to details and ability to follow through to ensure that tasks get completed
- Have an excellent communication skills and ability to write a report in English and Indonesian
- Ability to work with standard computer programs
