Engineers Group (S-1)
1. Design Engineer-Civil
Responsibilities:
- Design infrastructure earthworks, roads, drainage, wastewater collection and treatment, and underground utilities
- Review Civil works specifications and drawings
- Perform material quantity estimation
- S-1 Civil Engineering
2. Design Engineer-Structural
Responsibilities:
- Perform loading calculations and computer analysis for offshore structure based on established loading criteria
- Review Structural specifications and drawings
- Perform secondary and tertiary steel design
- S-1 Structural / Civil Engineering
3. Design Engineer-Electrical
Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical system design, calculation electrical sizing and selection
- as well as bulk material take-offs
- Develop electrical equipment specifications/ data sheets, electrical system drawing and electrical layout drawings
- Review vendor equipment design/data
- S-1 Electrical Engineering
4. Design Engineer-Instrumentation/Controls
Responsibilities:
- Develop instrument specifications/datasheets, instrument system block diagrams and control narratives and cause & effect matrix
- Prepare instrument drawings (hook-ups, loop, etc)
- S-1 Electrical & Electronic / Computer Control Engineering
5. Design Engineer-Mechanical
Responsibilities:
- Prepare specifications/datasheets for mechanical equipment (static equipment, rotating machinery, mechanical handling equipment)
- Prepare master equipment list, equipment dimensions and weight estimates
- Perform technical bid evaluation for mechanical equipment
- Review vendor equipment design/data
- S-1 Mechanical Engineering
6. Design Engineer-Piping
Responsibilities:
- Develop Piping Material specifications
- Perform Pipe wall thickness calculations, piping stress computer analysis, flange leak calculations and piping material take-offs
- Review equipment and Piping layouts as well as piping support design
- S-1 Mechanical Engineering
7. Design Engineer-Process
Responsibilities:
- Perform process optimization studies, process simulations, heat & mass balances, equipment and line sizing and hydraulic calculations
- Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs and UFDs
- Prepare process datasheets for mechanical equipment and instruments,facility start-up and operating guidelines
- S-1 Chemical Engineering
Designers Group (D-3)
1. Designer / Drafter-Civil
Responsibilities:
- Prepares engineering deliverables from rough sketches or from civil engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures
- Utilizes skills in developing civil graphics utilizing computer design
- D3-Civil / Structural Engineering
2. Design Drafter-Structural
Responsibilities:
- Utilizes skills in developing structural graphics utilizing computer design.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization
- D3-Civil / Structural Engineering
3. Design Drafter-Electrical
Responsibilities:
- Prepares engineering deliverables from rough sketches or from electrical engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
- Provide wiring design and layout diagrams used by engineers who erect,install, and repair electrical equipment and wiring design/data
- D3-Electrical Engineering
4. Design Drafter-Instrumentation/Controls
Responsibilities:
- Draw wiring diagrams, circuit board assembly diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings used in instrument work request by engineers
- Utilizes skills in developing civil graphics utilizing computer design
- D3-Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Mechantronics
5. Design Drafter-Piping
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops layouts for mechanical and piping systems. Production of detailed P&ID schematics, Transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents
- Supporting the design and development of equipment layout and systems
- D3-Mechanical Engineering
6. Design Drafter-Process
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops layouts for process simulation and systems. Production of detailed P&ID schematics, Transforms initial rough product designs using computer aided design (CAD) into working documents
- Utilizes skills in developing civil graphics utilizing computer design
- D3-Chemical Engineering
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA: 3,00
- Strong command of verbal and written English
- Strong interpersonal skills and Organizational Experience
- Experience in practical work
- Willing to be assigned to overseas
